Frequently Asked Questions

Bad weather?

What is include?

We closely monitor the ports. If conditions are unsafe for the reef or the cenotes, we'll reschedule your dive at no additional cost.

All of our tours include local transportation, admission to the cenotes or boat rides, tanks, weights, water, and the guidance of a certified instructor.

Do I need a dive certification for diving in cenotes?

Do I need to make a reservation an advance?

For basic caverns, you need an Open Water certification. For more complex systems or caves, we require advanced certifications or specific credentials.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance using our form or WhatsApp, especially during whale shark season.
