To be internationally recognized as the leading dive center in the Riviera Maya for our commitment to the environment, our excellence in service, and our contribution to the preservation of the cenotes and Mayan culture.

We aspire to build a global community of conscious divers who serve as ambassadors for the oceans and guardians of Mexico’s natural and cultural treasures.

Our founder

With more than 11 years of experience and 6,000 dives under his belt, Lionel is a French PADI instructor who has called Mexico home for the past 18 years.

Charismatic, honest, and deeply respectful of marine ecosystems, he conveys his passion for the ocean on every dive and teaches others to explore it safely and mindfully.

His commitment to nature and his sense of responsibility toward every diver who shares unforgettable experiences with him are what make the essence of Turquesa Diving transcend borders.
